Toni shares her journey through a growing TBR pile filled with independent authors and free giveaways, highlighting the joys and challenges of keeping up with her reading list. She discusses the unique premise of the book, where the protagonist, Morgan, finds herself snowed in with two gargoyles, Klaus and Emmerich, after injuring her ankle in a snowy forest. In this episode of Romance Read, Toni shares her latest reading adventures, discussing a variety of romance novels including 'Pounded by Produce', 'When She's Stuffed', and 'Mail Order Vow'. She talks about what makes a good absurd and how a free book is 10X better than one you have to pay for.
The Book with the guys who turn into an eclair, a croissant and a cannoli is called Her Pastry Shifters (50pgs) by Mia Harlan and in my opinion is a much funnier or at least faster read.

Note: Yes I realized my mistake almost immediately it is Ian Thorton in Almost Heaven. I am trying to find the differences between the 1985 and the 2000 editions of Whitney, my love and Clayton just slipped out. In my defense they rhyme.
No offence was meant to Author Daisy Jane I really enjoyed The Only One and recommend it all the time. Stray was also great. To the fans of Where Violets Bloom I fully respect your right to like what you like, its just not for me personally. I can't handle Dark Romance. Sometimes what makes a book a personal favorite for one person makes it a no go for another person.
